Transporting Passengers

Passengers can be dropped off and picked up within steps of Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport's new pedestrian tunnel, as well as at both the ferry and airport terminals. There is limited parking available so we highly recommend that you take the complimentary shuttle bus, public transit, taxi or car service to and from Billy Bishop Airport. Unless parked in one of the available parking lots, vehicles cannot be left unattended as there is no curbside parking available. Please note that if you are travelling in a car, you will have to pay the ferry fee and any applicable parking fees should you decide to take your car across on the ferry.

If you are dropping off or picking up a passenger, the complimentary spots outside the mainland pavilion are limited to a maximum 5-minute wait time. Drivers are encouraged to drop passengers off along the curb outside the mainland pavilion and ferry terminal in order to keep vehicle traffic moving. Please keep the centre lane clear for passing vehicles.

If you are travelling with a minor or someone who requires special assistance, you are welcome to escort them to the airport terminal. Passenger assistance phones connecting to Billy Bishop Airport's partner airlines are also available within the ferry terminal entrance and can be used to request an agent come meet a passenger requiring assistance.
