Want to take the shuttle? You can hop on just outside the airport's mainland ferry terminal building or across the street from Union Station. The downtown shuttle stop is located outside the Royal York Hotel’s western entrance on York Street, near the north-east corner of York Street and Front Street.

Shuttle Schedule*

Regular shuttle service (approximately every 15 minutes) to and from the airport is available on weekdays, weekends and holidays, with enhanced non-stop shuttle service during peak hours. The trip to and from Billy Bishop Airport takes approximately 15 minutes depending on traffic.

As of April 2016, Billy Bishop Airport enhanced service with four new 32-foot shuttle buses that are equipped with free, on-board Wi-Fi. In addition to the live shuttle tracking map above, GPS tracking for the shuttle was also incorporated into the airport’s mobile Billy app in 2016.

Sunday through Friday
Regular shuttle service runs throughout the day with the first shuttle departing from York Street at approximately 5:00 a.m. ET and the last shuttle departing the mainland ferry terminal at 12:07 a.m. ET. Regular service is complimented with an additional bus for non-stop service during the morning peak of 6:20 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and afternoon peak of 12:40 p.m. to 6:05 p.m.

The first shuttle departs from York Street at 5:00 a.m. E.S.T.
The last shuttle departs the mainland ferry terminal at 8:45 p.m. E.S.T.
