Located just a short drive from the heart of downtown Toronto, the Port of Toronto has increasingly become a destination for cruise ship activity. In 2016, seven passenger cruise ships carrying 2,401 passengers visited PortsToronto’s Cruise Ship Terminal last year. In 2017 this number is expected to rise sharply to sixteen ships, bringing more than 5,500 visitors to Toronto from May through to October.
