Notice of Violation
 
If you were issued a Notice of Violation, you have 15 Days to either pay the fine or dispute it. 
 
If you are an airport employee who was issued a Notice of Violation indicating an Administrative Penalty against a Document of Entitlement, you have 15 days to acknowledge the administrative penalty or dispute it.

Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
 
Accept your Administrative Penalty
 
If you received a Notice of Violation indicating an administrative penalty, you need to advise PortsToronto in writing that you acknowledge the penalty. You may have to attend an interview to discuss the incident.
 
If you have to attend an interview, PortsToronto Compliance Services will notify you of the time, date and location of the meeting. If you do not attend the meeting or fail to acknowledge the penalty, your document could be seized.

Administrative Review
 
Mistakes happen and we understand they happen unintentionally. If you’d like to attempt to resolve your Notice of Violation through PortsToronto’s dispute resolution process, you must submit your request within 15 days of receiving the Notice of Violation.
