Please be advised that there will be overnight runway maintenance on the island-side of Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (BBTCA) beginning Wednesday, November 5 at 11 p.m. until approximately 3 a.m. on Thursday, November 6.
This work involves filling small cracks on the runway at BBTCA and will require the ferry to travel to the island and back during the night. The ferry will only be further utilized if absolutely necessary. Minimal noise is expected and there will be no impact on regular travel.
The Toronto Port Authority will make best efforts to minimize disruption and noise impact on the surrounding neighbourhood. We thank you for your patience as we work to improve and maintain BBTCA.
