PortsToronto is issuing a Request for Proposals for the purpose of qualifying prospective vendors and establishing a Vendor of Record List for the following categories of Legal Services:

• Corporate and Commercial Law
• Commercial and Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution
• Labour and Employment
• Real Estate
• Property Taxes and Payments-in-Lieu of Taxes
• Transactions and Special Projects

Proposals are invited from qualified legal services providers. The deadline for submission of proposals is October 28, 2016 at 2:00 p.m.  Please see the below link for additional information on the RFP.
