One vehicle lane and one sidewalk of the bridge will remain open to ensure vehicle, pedestrian and cyclist access, however, delays resulting from periodic bridge lifts and traffic lane reductions are expected over the course of the inspection period. During this time, PortsToronto is encouraging bridge users to plan alternate routes to access areas south of the Ship Channel.
