Toronto (December 16, 2019) – In order to accommodate necessary grating replacement work required to the Ship Channel Bridge, the bridge will be restricted to a single lane of vehicle traffic Monday, December 16 through to
Wednesday, December 18. Traffic/re-routing signage and lighting will be in place to guide vehicles. Periodic bridge lifts may also take place during this time.
The bridge will remain open to pedestrians and cyclists with access maintained via alternate east and west sidewalks.
