NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of the Toronto Port Authority will be held at the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel in the Queens Quay Room located at One Harbour Square, Toronto, Ontario on Monday, July 12, 2010 commencing at 9:30 a.m. This meeting is open to the public.

Financial Statements of the Toronto Port Authority for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2009, together with the report of the auditors thereon, will be available at this meeting.
