Toronto (June 1, 2015) – PortsToronto, the owner and operator of Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport, is pleased to announce the addition of a fourth Airport Shuttle Bus to the airport’s existing fleet, offering enhanced complimentary shuttle service to passengers during peak hours.

 

Billy Bishop Airport’s new shuttle will help provide more frequent service at the downtown and airport terminal shuttle stops during peak hours, from 6:20 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 12:40 p.m. to 6:05 p.m. on weekdays and Sundays.

 

Through these enhancements, Billy Bishop Airport continues its commitment to increase the number of ways in which travellers can arrive and depart from the airport, as well as to ease traffic congestion and vehicle activity in the vicinity of the airport and its surrounding community. This additional bus will grow the fleet to four buses servicing Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport and downtown.
