Toronto (April 21, 2015) – PortsToronto has received and made publicly available the Special Examination Summary Report from audit firm Deloitte LLP. The Special Examination comprises a detailed review of all PortsToronto business operations, financial affairs, accounting management and governance covering the period 2009-2013 and is required to be conducted every five years under the Canada Marine Act.
 

The Summary Report, which advises that no significant deficiencies were found in the systems and practices of PortsToronto, is available online or at PortsToronto’s office located at 60 Harbour Street, Toronto, Ontario.
