The Toronto Port Authority (TPA) is responsible for the Port and Harbour of Toronto.

As steward of the harbour, the TPA is responsible for ensuring the safe, shared use of the harbour and provides authorizations for activities that occur in, on, over, under, through or across the waters in its jurisdiction. Such authorizations are granted according to TPA Practices and Procedures. Please contact the Harbour Master's Office at 416-462-3937 with inquiries or for more information.

The TPA is not responsible for injury, loss of life or loss or damage to property resulting from any activity, whether or not a Harbour Master Authorization has been granted for such activity.
