As outlined in the RFP, PortsToronto is seeking submissions from interested parties for the license of its owned property located at 5 Queens Quay West, including the buildings located on the property, and a portion of the adjacent Yonge Street Slip water lot for the purpose of managing and/or managing and operating waterborne passenger services.
 
The successful proponent will act as an onsite dock wall manager to organize and manage marine activities at this location and/or as a manager and supplier of waterborne passenger services which may include water taxi or transit, tour, and charter boat services to the general public. The successful proponent may also offer ancillary services such as food, beverage, retail and parking services to the general public. This will be a 36-month licence with the potential for two additional 12-month terms.
