Toronto, August 16, 2011 - NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of the Toronto Port Authority will be held at the Harbourfront Centre in the “Brigantine Room”, 235 Queens Quay West, Toronto, Ontario on Friday, September 16, 2011, commencing at 9:30 a.m. This meeting is open to the public.
Financial Statements of the Toronto Port Authority for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2010, together with the report of the auditors thereon, will be available at this meeting. Copies of the audited financial statements are available for inspection by the public at the registered office of the Toronto Port Authority, 60 Harbour Street, Toronto, Ontario during normal business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) Monday to Friday, or on the Toronto Port Authority website www.torontoport.com
