May 30, 2016 (Toronto)
– Beginning today and for the next several days, Environics Research will conduct a telephone survey of Toronto residents to gather views and perspectives on Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (Billy Bishop Airport). The survey will be conducted by telephone amongst 700 residents, the results of which may be considered accurate to within ± 3.7 percentage points, 19 times out of 20. The respondent group will be a random selection of adult Canadians living in Toronto. Region, gender and age quotas will be implemented to ensure representation across the city.
The telephone survey will ask questions about satisfaction with the customer experience at Billy Bishop Airport as well as awareness of the airport and its amenities. The purpose of the survey is to better understand the customer experience and identify ways to make Billy Bishop Airport even better.
